Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

CocineAV aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, here’s how it works:

Returns

  • Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, Cocine AV cannot accept returns after this period.
  • Condition: Items must be non-defective, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning items.

Note: Do not send your items back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

  • Once CocineAV receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, CocineAV will process the refund to your original payment method. This typically takes a 3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider; refunds may take a few days to appear.
  3. Reach out to your bank for further assistance.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

CocineAV only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cocineav.online.
